Live a Healthy and Creative Life
As a long-time teacher, health-conscious, creative professional – I am pleased to offer workshops on plant-based nutrition, photography, and design.
Without boring you with too many details, here's a little about me…
- I have been a whole food plant-based nutrition advocate since I adopted a plant-based diet in 2011. When my daughter was diagnosed with a wheat allergy, I added gluten-free to the mix. What you eat has a tremendous impact on how you feel. Visit my food blog VeggiePrimer.com to learn more.
- I have a BFA in graphic design from SUNY College at New Paltz and an MFA in visual art from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. I have taught graphic design and other college art courses – including online classes – for many years, and photography has long been my creative outlet.
- I currently teach digital photography at SUNY Sullivan and run a small dye sublimation printing and home decor craft business with my husband. Visit our site StandingImpressions.com to learn more.
I enjoy sharing ideas and exploring new concepts – both as a teacher and as an artist.
